Jerry Donald was born and raised in Frederick County. He's spent the last 12 years on the Frederick County Council working hard for the residents of District One and is passionate about making Maryland a great place to live. During his time on the County Council, he's driven improvements in public health and safety, the development of new parks and schools, and protections for the local environment. ​
